Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Royal Foresters. The location is perfect if you're visiting Ascot Racecourse. There is free parking at the hotel. Rooms were very clean and the bed is very comfy. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer already supplied in the room. Staff were very friendly in the restaurant (especially Stefan who made sure we weren't without a table on a busy Saturday night when we hadn't booked). Breakfast is also great too. If you have it included in your stay then you can pick anything off the menu and it is cooked freshly for you in the restaurant. We ate dinner in the restaurant 2 nights in a row and the food was brilliant and tasty too.

We were made to feel welcome at the Royal Foresters from the start and throughout our stay. Helpful acts by staff ranged from the cleaning lady who was good enough to show me the card operated exit and entrance in the small hours of the morning through to the waiting and kitchen staff who met my partners off-menu needs with enthusiasm. We especially commend Mocick (service) and Rebecca (kitchen) who built my partner an excellent and exotic fruit salad which was not on the menu which enabled her to have a sweet and by extension enabled me to have a sweet. This perfectly completed an excellent day and an excellent stay.

We have booked this property because it was 5min walk away from the Lapland UK that we were visiting. So for us the location was the key, and it was absolutely ideal. Our room was quite small but clean and had all we needed for a one night stay. Bathroom was clean and had lovely shower. Food in the hotel was very good. Nice choice on the menu. We had early dinner in the bar area on the day of arrival and lovely breakfast in the restaurant part next morning.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, location was excellent (we were visiting Lapland UK the following morning) and despite being very busy and full, the staff were attentive and ensured we had a table to enjoy a meal in the evening, with our 1 year old. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable with lovely touches like biscuits on my little boys bed - would really recommend staying here, family friendly but with great food and drinks too!
